Found out it seems to be a bad cookie preventing folks from loging in properly sometimes. I tried using the browser delete cookies option, but it didn't get the right one! If you have to login twice and all of your new message icons are reset to read once you get in even though you haven't read anything yet, do the following:
win xp:
My computer
Open C drive
Open documents and settings folder
Open folder with your login name
Open cookies folder
Close the browser and delete all files in here except the "index" file. If you want to keep some of your cookies, feel free to search through for any cookie with this websites info in it. Depending on your amount of surfing, it could be time consuming, but if you want to leave your cookies from other sites so you don't have to relog back into them, it may be worth searching!
