I also opened up access to that folder to the world. That may have fixed it also! I couldn't tell when I tried loading an image though because it dropped me for size issues, so I increased that to 20k for the fun of it! Think I could move the folder permission back to the group level instead of world? I don't really know what constitutes "group" permission in unix lingo!
