This isn't really a suggestion for Jon's site but a suggestion for Zoom to not advertise what isn't available! I called about the package deal that is advertised on the front of my new phone book and Direct TV isn't available yet, they can't tell me when it will be available, have no clue how much it will be!!!! And I can get local, long distance and dsl for $79 which is about $20 more than what I spend now. The long distance is unlimited but my highest bill for long distance was $6 and that's included in the $20 less than what I can get through the "deal". Glad to see you are trying to compete but this isn't a good way!

Hmm. So what your saying is if you spent more then $30 per month in long distance as a lot of people do this would be a good plan?

Also in their defense phone books generally come out once a year. That means that you have one opportunity per year to tell people about new products your coming out with.

Lastly as a reminder nobody who reads this works for the phone company.

I work for the phone company.......maybe not that particular phone company .....but the phone company non the less.

Putting a post it note on a phone book once a year is the only way to communicate new products to people??? What about mail? Maybe it would be a good deal if I used that much long distance but my gripe was, it says Call for our special family pricing and includes local, long distance, dsl and Direct tv in one convenient package.....but there is no direct tv! And even when they get it, it won't be on one bill. He said Direct tv would be a separate bill. But they have no clue how much or when it will be available. I assumed by calling it ZOOM that it was put out by the same people that deals with Zoom dsl!
